Open Outlook > Go to Tools > Rules > Outgoing > Click on ‘+’ symbol > A rules windows will open > Under ‘When a message is sent’ Choose ‘From ‘and ‘is me’ > In ‘Do the following Section’ Choose ‘Forward to’ and enter the email address and click on Ok.' However I tried that and didn't work. I have tried to do this with a rule suggested by Guruprasad Ra posted at saying to 'If you are not using as Exchange account, you may create rules for forwarding the emails. So bossman sends and email and his PA is automatically CC'd in. I've got a user that wants to be CC'd into every emails that gets sent from a specific person.
